We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item under the conditions below.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear (if applicable) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@toccstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
